About the Wireless Futures Program

Connecting Students to Wireless Careers ~ and to the Employers Who Need Them

The Wireless Futures Program is a national initiative of the WIA Foundation designed to cultivate the next generation of telecom and wireless infrastructure professionals. The program is designed to connect qualified undergraduate and graduate students with companies across the telecom and wireless infrastructure industry for paid internships and cooperative learning opportunities.

Through a dedicated online portal, students will gain access to on-the-job experience, as well as the broader career landscape, emerging industry trends, and real-world employer relationships.
