Wireless Futures Program Connects Students with Wireless Industry Employers

The WIA Foundation has launched the Wireless Futures Program, connecting students with employers across the wireless and digital infrastructure industries.

Through the program’s online portal, employers can post paid internship and co-op opportunities at no cost, review student profiles, and connect with emerging talent. Students can explore opportunities and build experience in fields including telecommunications and structural engineering, spectrum management, business, finance, telecom law, and policy.

The program supports employers with established internship programs as well as those creating new pathways for early-career talent. It also gives students a way to gain practical experience, build industry connections, and explore the range of careers across the wireless ecosystem.
