The Data Quality Intern will support the Pole Development team by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and organization of all documentation related to pole ownership. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys structured work, data validation, and process improvement. The intern will play a key role in standardizing folder structures, identifying missing documents, and extracting key pole attributes for entry into Sitetracker, the software Project Management platform.
Key Responsibilities
Document & Folder Auditing
Audit existing pole documentation in site folders to verify that all required ownership and asset documents are present.
Organize existing documents to align with folder structure standards and naming conventions.
Ensure each pole folder contains the correct set of subfolders as defined by team standards.
Rename documents as needed for clarity.
