Location: Irvine, CA (part-time, in-office). About the role: Assist the Commercial Operations team with market intelligence and sales support — market research, sales reporting, and more. What you'll be doing: Lead generation via vertical-specific data mining (CoStar, datasets, online research). Summarizing strategic accounts/programs performance reports. Researching/creating internal market reports across verticals (Commercial Real Estate, sports & entertainment, medical infrastructure). Researching Mobile Network Operator (MNO) markets. Marketing campaign coordination. Assisting with lead-conversion reporting. Managing/creating marketing assets. Reviewing/maintaining CRMs (Salesforce). Creating data reports for strategic planning. Researching/implementing AI-driven solutions for sales processes and market research.
