Finance Development Program - Internship

10-12 week summer internship (FDP) designed to prepare students for consideration for AT&T's full-time Finance Development Program after graduation. In-office 5 days/week in Dallas.

What you'll do: Analyze/interpret financials and data (budget management, cost benefit analysis, financial forecasting, expense management). Partner with business teams on analytics/reporting. Develop/maintain project deliverables. Analyze market trends and financial data for data-driven recommendations. Identify process improvements (standard/ad-hoc reports, Excel dashboards). Cost evaluation/pricing of products, services, contract proposals. Conduct market research.

What you'll need: Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program (Finance/Accounting or related); estimated graduation Fall 2027-Spring 2029; ability to work full-time in-office in Dallas; Microsoft Office Suite experience.
