10-12 week summer internship for students currently pursuing an MBA (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related), designed to set interns up for consideration for the full-time Finance Leadership Development Program upon graduation. In-office 5 days/week in Dallas.
What you'll do: Lead financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, short/long-term planning). Provide strategic recommendations from financial analysis. Analyze financial performance against key business metrics. Prepare/present financial reports. Oversee company budget preparation/management, monitor performance, analyze variances. Develop/maintain financial models. Perform data forecasting and financial analysis for book close and ad hoc business cases.
What you'll need: Current enrollment in an MBA program (Finance/Accounting/Economics focus); estimated graduation Fall 2027-Spring 2028; ability to work full-time in-office in Dallas; 3+ years of full-time work experience (not including internships).
