Summer Associate Program

Baker Donelson's Summer Associate Program is the primary channel through which the Firm grows. Summer associates engage in substantive, challenging assignments across a broad range of practice areas, receive structured personalized feedback, and have opportunities to attend trials, hearings, depositions, negotiations, and client meetings. The program is designed to closely mirror the experience of being a Baker Donelson associate.
