Job Description
Location: Plano, TX. Start date: May 25, 2027. Duration: 12 weeks.
About this opportunity: Support Ericsson's North American Finance business by applying data science, AI, analytics, and automation to solve business problems — building intelligent data solutions, improving data quality/governance, automating reporting, and developing AI-driven insights.
What you do: Data engineering & governance (build/maintain data pipelines in SQL/Python; improve data quality and reporting standards). AI, automation & advanced analytics (apply ML for predictive insights; develop AI agents/automation for reporting). Finance analytics & reporting (support period-end closing checks, build forecasts/business cases, develop Power BI dashboards). Business partnership (prepare executive-ready insights and presentations).
You bring: Pursuing bachelor's/master's in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, CS, Engineering, Statistics, Math, or related quantitative field. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI. Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or GenAI a plus. 2.7+ GPA; available full-time for 12 weeks; actively enrolled at a 4-year college/university.
