About this opportunity: Support the RAN Site Construction & Engineering Operations team — hands-on experience in operational planning and execution of multi-site cellular network deployments.
What you will do: Maintain project trackers, schedules, milestone reports for multi-site RAN deployments. Monitor site progress from planning/engineering through construction, installation, closeout, handoff. Collect status updates from engineering teams, field crews, vendors, subcontractors. Prepare progress reports. Organize project documentation. Support logistics for equipment/materials/workforce scheduling. Identify workflow bottlenecks and process improvements. Develop spreadsheets/dashboards for project visibility.
Skills: Analytical/problem-solving ability; spreadsheets/databases/basic programming (Python, scripting); telecom infrastructure and RAN architecture fundamentals; RF principles; construction project workflows; project management tools; automation frameworks; data visualization for network performance.
