About this opportunity: Support the Technology/IT Operations and AI Automation function within the cellular networking services business — developing tools and automation solutions that improve RAN deployment, engineering, construction, and operational workflows.
What you will do: Work with RAN engineering, construction, field operations, project management, and business teams to identify automation opportunities. Document workflows and requirements. Develop/enhance scripts, applications, dashboards, integrations, automation frameworks. Prototype AI-assisted solutions for document processing, reporting, data validation. Automate repetitive activities (data entry, status reporting, notifications). Integrate internal tools and approved third-party platforms via APIs/databases. Develop test cases; perform functional/integration/UAT testing. Monitor deployed solutions and recommend improvements.
Skills: Analytical/problem-solving ability; spreadsheets/databases/basic programming (Python); clear communication; familiarity with project management/data analysis/IT ops preferred; telecom/RAN architecture fundamentals a plus.
