The Fifth Third Bank Leadership Program (LP) Internship provides exposure to a variety of banking disciplines through assignments within one line of business/division, primarily on-the-job training supplemented by networking, educational offerings, and coaching.
Duties: Perform assignments/projects from the Assignment Leader or Program Manager, with project-status reporting. Participate in community volunteerism and leadership development activities. Deliver a formal presentation to leadership. Build a network of resources.
Requirements: Strong academic record (3.0+ GPA); rising senior (Dec 2027 or May 2028 grad); Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business major preferred; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; MS Office familiarity.
