Job Description

Joins Fifth Third's Enterprise Modernization organization — customer-focused development (mobile platform, "Jeanie" AI messaging platform, Angular micro-frontends), domain modernization (microservices, money movement, card operations, account management), back-office solutions (internal tools, GenAI, APIs), and emerging technologies.
Structure: Fully integrated into an engineering team with dedicated tech-lead mentorship; participates in full SDLC in agile sprints; backend or frontend focus.
Requirements: Rising juniors/seniors pursuing CS/Software Engineering/related, minimum 3.0 GPA; familiarity with modern languages/frameworks (Java Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js) a plus; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
