Spectrum (Charter Communications) 2027 Summer Internship Program. This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship running May 26 – August 6, 2027. Interns spend about 80% of the summer on department and team projects and about 20% on program experiences, including a kickoff conference, professional development sessions, networking, mentorship, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.
Work with the development team to take over customer experience projects once communications are ready for development. Review scope, requirements, journey maps and experiences from journey owners to determine feasibility, vet recommendations and validate technical needs; co-create requirements documentation for the customer journey; and lead the integration with the development team so work can begin.
Majors: Business Administration or related field.
Required: Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028; currently enrolled at an accredited college or university; GPA of 3.0 or higher; able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events during the program; authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
Preferred: Analytical skills; verbal and written communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
