2027 Summer Intern: Associate Billing Solutions Analyst (Customer Operations)

Spectrum (Charter Communications) 2027 Summer Internship Program. This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship running May 26 – August 6, 2027. Interns spend about 80% of the summer on department and team projects and about 20% on program experiences, including a kickoff conference, professional development sessions, networking, mentorship, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.

Develop go-to-market changes supporting Spectrum Mobile (device launches, price changes, product enhancements); conduct feasibility studies to identify the best technical solution to business requests; present approaches to stakeholders; and document specifications and objectives based on business requirements and cost effectiveness.

Majors: Information Technology, Computer Science.

Required: Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028; currently enrolled at an accredited college or university; GPA of 3.0 or higher; able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events during the program; authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred: Analytical skills; verbal and written communication; project and time management; collaborative and self-motivated; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
