2027 Summer Intern: Associate Billing Solutions Analyst (Customer Operations)

Spectrum (Charter Communications) 2027 Summer Internship Program. This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship running May 26 – August 6, 2027. Interns spend about 80% of the summer on department and team projects and about 20% on program experiences, including a kickoff conference, professional development sessions, networking, mentorship, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.

Use AI to develop processes that simplify and enhance the customer experience, analyze business partners' operations for improvement opportunities, and translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications across technology platforms.

Majors: Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related STEM field.

Required: Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028; currently enrolled at an accredited college or university; GPA of 3.0 or higher; able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events during the program; authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred: Python (Java, C++ or Go a plus); machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy and pandas; Git and Jupyter; exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering and data pipelines; analytical and communication skills; a portfolio or GitHub profile is a plus.
