2027 Summer Intern: Internet Product

Spectrum (Charter Communications) 2027 Summer Internship Program. This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship running May 26 – August 6, 2027. Interns spend about 80% of the summer on department and team projects and about 20% on program experiences, including a kickoff conference, professional development sessions, networking, mentorship, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.

Support the Fiber Internet Product team's work on customer reliability, new revenue and cost-reduction opportunities, and customer experience across the lifecycle (equipment, installation practices, disconnect/return practices and NPS analysis). Review data for opportunities and anomalies, develop scalable business practices, contribute go-to-market ideas and help manage inventory and device capabilities.

Majors: Business Administration, Business Technology Management, Finance, Management and Organization, Marketing.

Required: Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028; currently enrolled at an accredited college or university; GPA of 3.0 or higher; able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events during the program; authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred: Critical thinking; ROI and business case evaluation; synthesizing information; AI assistant tools; Excel.
