2027 Summer Intern: Mobile Device Engineer

Spectrum (Charter Communications) 2027 Summer Internship Program. This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship running May 26 – August 6, 2027. Interns spend about 80% of the summer on department and team projects and about 20% on program experiences, including a kickoff conference, professional development sessions, networking, mentorship, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.

Join Spectrum's Product and Technology organization, which builds Spectrum's mobile, internet, TV app and WiFi services. Use AI to write code, troubleshoot issues and understand logic; write clean, stable, tested code; diagnose and resolve complex issues; and implement new requirements within an Agile delivery methodology.

Majors: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cyber Security, Data Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering Technology Management, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and related fields.

Required: Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028; currently enrolled at an accredited college or university; GPA of 3.0 or higher; able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events during the program; authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred: Java, Node.js, REST APIs, SQL.
