Spectrum (Charter Communications) 2027 Summer Internship Program. This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship running May 26 – August 6, 2027. Interns spend about 80% of the summer on department and team projects and about 20% on program experiences, including a kickoff conference, professional development sessions, networking, mentorship, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.
Consolidate and analyze building energy audit reports from 2025–2026 against prior years; calculate cost and energy savings from network efficiency measures such as HVAC replacements; refresh site-level analysis of on-site renewable options (solar, wind, battery) and research state and utility programs; and prepare consolidated sustainability compliance reporting across a 45-state footprint.
Majors: Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Energy Engineering, Energy & Sustainability Policy, Management and Organization, Management Science and Engineering.
Required: Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028; currently enrolled at an accredited college or university; GPA of 3.0 or higher; able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events during the program; authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
Preferred: Team-focused and collaborative; excellent written and verbal communication; strong time management and self-direction.
