Business Immersion Program

Crown Castle's Business Immersion Program (BIP) is a full-time, two-year rotational early-career program starting July 2027. Participants rotate through three roles and teams, building a holistic understanding of Crown Castle's shared communications infrastructure business, and at the end of the program move into a post-program role matched to business needs and their interests.

Participants choose one of three paths: Analytics & Transformation (business and technical skills for data-driven decision-making), Finance (broad exposure to how the company makes money and creates value), or Process & Performance (customer exposure, project management, and delivering operational improvements). All three rotations take place in one office, Canonsburg, PA or Houston, TX, on a hybrid schedule (in office Monday–Thursday).

Requirements: early-career candidates, typically with less than two years of full-time professional experience. All majors considered. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.

Compensation: $75,000 per year, a $10,000 signing bonus, and an annual bonus of up to 15%, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), 18 days PTO and 12 paid holidays.
