Job Description
Gain hands-on HR experience with Ericsson's People Team, supporting the employee lifecycle, HR operations, workforce transitions, compliance activities and People Business Partner work. Designed for a master's-level student building an HR foundation, the internship offers exposure to how People Business Partners support organizational change and help leaders with people priorities. Summer 2027 internship with potential to extend into the school year on a flexible schedule.
This is a full-time, 12-week summer internship at Ericsson's Americas headquarters in Plano, Texas, starting May 25, 2027. Eligibility: actively enrolled full time in an accredited undergraduate, master's or Ph.D. program at a four-year college or university; 2.7+ GPA; unofficial transcript required with the application. Ericsson does not sponsor U.S. work authorization for this position (including F-1 CPT/EAD).
