Risk Solutions Intern - June 2027

Lockton's Risk Solutions internship is a comprehensive 10-week program giving college students exposure to all facets of the insurance industry from the broker's perspective. Interns are embedded in Risk Solutions teams, including specialty verticals, and do real work for clients.

Interns partner with account teams on new and renewal business and daily servicing projects, take part in carrier visits and client presentations when available, and receive training, one-on-one coaching, a summer mentor, networking and a community-service project.

Requirements: currently enrolled student graduating Fall/Winter 2027 or Spring 2028; strong customer service, communication and project-management skills; Microsoft Office proficiency. Full-time, in office.

Pay: $25 per hour.
