South Internship - 2027

Lockton's South summer internship program places interns in People Solutions Consulting and Property & Casualty in the Dallas/Plano, Houston, San Antonio and Baton Rouge offices. Interns are exposed to different areas of the business, work with Lockton Associates and leaders, and take part in personal and professional development. Each intern is paired with a Performance Coach, and the program includes a group project culminating in a formal presentation.

Duties: prepare correspondence, reports and documentation; coordinate team calendars and tasks; maintain files and presentation materials; prepare financial reports and spreadsheets; interact with internal and external clients.

Requirements: minimum 3.5 GPA with a balance of academic and extracurricular involvement (sports, student government, clubs, community service or work); leadership roles valued. Full-time, in office.
