Summer 2027 Digital Technology Internship

In this summer internship you'll be embedded within Lockton's Digital Technology team, conducting research and preparing reports, analyses, presentations and communications for internal clients.

Lockton's corporate summer internship includes one-on-one mentoring from a dedicated Performance Coach, talent-development workshops, Meet Your Leaders sessions, and networking with Associates and fellow interns. Interns also work in groups of 2–3 on a real-world challenge facing Lockton and the insurance industry and present their recommendations to leadership at the end of the program. Full-time, in office.

Requirements: currently enrolled college student graduating December 2027 or May 2028 in a related field; strong verbal, written, interpersonal and analytical skills; Microsoft Office proficiency; authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
