Job Description
Discover what it's like to be part of the world's largest privately held commercial insurance brokerage. Interns are embedded in a Lockton account team in Risk Solutions or People Solutions, supporting day-to-day client service and account management, with one-on-one mentoring from a dedicated Performance Coach.
The program includes talent-development workshops, Meet Your Leaders sessions with senior leadership, networking with Associates and fellow interns, and social and volunteer events. Experiential learning includes a group project (5–7 interns) tackling a real challenge facing Lockton and the insurance industry, presented to leadership at the end of the summer; weeklong case studies across specialty areas; and career-exploration sessions. Full-time, in office.
Pay: $22 per hour.
