During Lockton's comprehensive 10-week program, People Solutions Interns are embedded in employee-benefits consulting teams supporting client service. Interns receive training on employee benefits, the insurance industry, Lockton tools and consulting skills, plus one-on-one coaching, a summer mentor and networking with clients, teams and carrier partners. Duties: support the team on an active book of business; present to a client at at least one meeting; assist with benefits renewal analyses and requests for proposals (RFPs); support monthly client financial reporting and benchmarking against normative data; become familiar with contracts, communications materials and cost-sharing strategies.
