The Business Immersion Program (BIP) Internship is Crown Castle's primary talent pipeline for its full-time Business Immersion Program and other early-career roles. Over a 10-week summer (June 7 – August 12, 2027), interns learn the business, contribute to meaningful projects, build professional skills, and work with leaders and teammates across the company. Crown Castle is a leader in shared communications infrastructure in the U.S. The Analytics & Transformation path is for students who enjoy solving business problems with data and technology. Interns build skills in analytics, process improvement and AI-enabled tools, turn data into actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
