The Continuous Improvement Intern helps improve manufacturing processes using Lean methods — analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to boost productivity. Work includes time studies on assembly lines, developing standardized work procedures, and cross-functional collaboration on the plant floor. SPX Technologies builds HVAC and detection and measurement solutions through a family of operating businesses. This is a paid summer internship for current college students (some postings also accept recent graduates).
