An engineering-facing co-op building AI agents for Nokia's optical test organization. You will learn to design, prompt, evaluate and harden agent workflows (skills, tools and guardrails) used daily in Optical Design Verification Testing, and connect agents to engineering systems such as issue tracking, documentation, source control and test data. Nokia is a global leader in network infrastructure, building the fixed, mobile, optical and IP networks that connect the world. Responsibilities: build and refine AI agents that help engineers write test plans and cases, analyze results, search documentation and track work; maintain agent skills, prompts and tool integrations (for example MCP servers and Python helpers); improve reliability with source traceability, tests and review gates; partner with optical test engineers.
