Lockton's Associate Account Manager program is a two-year training program for recent college graduates that combines formal training with hands-on client experience. Responsibilities include taking part (with oversight) in carrier negotiations for new and renewal quotes, working with senior staff to select markets and request quotes, and reviewing new-business opportunities.
