Lockton's Associate Account Manager program is a two-year training program for recent college graduates that combines formal training with hands-on client experience. Participants gain exposure to marketing, servicing and renewing Commercial Insurance accounts in the People Solutions or Risk Management practice, with classroom learning, developmental training and activity requirements, and the opportunity to become an Account Manager on completion. Responsibilities include taking part (with oversight) in carrier negotiations for new and renewal quotes, working with senior staff to select markets and request quotes, and reviewing new-business opportunities.
