The Risk Solutions internship is a comprehensive 10-week program designed for college students to gain exposure to all facets of the insurance industry from the broker perspective. Throughout the program, interns are embedded in various Risk Solutions teams, including a variety of specialty verticals, where they contribute to real work for clients. Duties include partnering with account teams on new and renewal business, participating in off-site carrier visits and client presentations, and contributing to client satisfaction. Qualifications: currently enrolled student graduating Spring 2027 or Fall/Winter 2026; legal right to work in the US; preferred majors in business, insurance, marketing, finance, statistics, or health sciences (all majors encouraged); strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills; MS Office proficiency; full-time, in-office position. Housing is not provided by Lockton — securing housing is the responsibility of the intern.
