Lockton is seeking dynamic and motivated students to join its People Solutions Summer Associate Program. Over the course of a 10-week, full-time, in-office program, interns gain hands-on experience in employee benefits consulting, working directly with teams who design and deliver solutions that help organizations take care of their people. Essential duties: support benefits renewal projects, market analyses, and RFPs; contribute to client deliverables such as financial reports, benchmarking exhibits, and presentations; learn how employee benefits programs are structured, priced, and communicated; participate in professional development and networking events.
