Join Ericsson's People Analytics & AI team, which helps leaders make better decisions through data-driven storytelling and AI. You'll design AI-powered solutions on platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Glean, Azure AI Foundry or Snowflake Cortex; prototype intelligent agents and workflows that automate analytics; extract, transform and model data from Dataflows, Power Query or Snowflake; and build Power BI dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insights. This is a full-time, 12-week summer internship at Ericsson's Americas headquarters in Plano, Texas, starting May 25, 2027. Eligibility: actively enrolled full time in an accredited undergraduate, master's or Ph.D. program at a four-year college or university; 2.7+ GPA; unofficial transcript required with the application.
