The Business Immersion Program (BIP) Internship is Crown Castle's primary talent pipeline for its full-time Business Immersion Program and other early-career roles. Over a 10-week summer (June 7 – August 12, 2027), interns learn the business, contribute to meaningful projects, build professional skills, and work with leaders and teammates across the company.
